Wendy Mitzel is a Licensed Nutritionist and a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Community Nutrition and also a degree in Psychology. Wendy promotes a healthy and realistic approach to nutrition. She believes that our bodies are striving for health and we need to provide proper nutrition to achieve that goal. By introducing people to healthier options and explaining the benefits of these choices, exercise and self-awareness, it will empower clients to develop a lifelong and healthy relationship for themselves & their families.

Wendy realizes that what might work for one person may not work for another. She will customize your program to meet your needs. Through accountability, motivation and nutritional teaching, she offers a non-threatening approach to individual nutrition, weight loss and weight management.
